Release 0.2.7, which picks up #65 so the rock builds against libxml2 2.12 and later (Ubuntu 26.04 ships 2.15).

Same shape as the 0.2.6 release: a new rockspec/lua-resty-saml-0.2.7-0.rockspec pointing at tag v0.2.7, otherwise identical to the main rockspec. Merging this triggers the release workflow, which creates the v0.2.7 tag/release and uploads the rockspec to luarocks.
