The registry orb (
appfolio/gem-tool@volatile) is deprecated and no longer updated, so this swaps.circleci/config.ymlto pin the URL orb athttps://raw.githubusercontent.com/appfolio/gem_tool/v2/orb.yml, with all command/job/executor names unchanged (ref: https://github.com/appfolio/gem_tool#migrating-from-the-registry-orb).Jira: OP-1558
