feat(game): related guides links between the four guide pages - #268

A Related guides block closes /rules, /strategy, /opening-moves and /starting-positions. Labels reuse each page's heading; the block heading is one new key in every locale. Plain links in the server HTML, under the page's language prefix, below the play block.

Each guide page (/rules, /strategy, /opening-moves, /starting-positions) now ends with a "Related guides" block that links to the other three.
components/manual/related-guides.tsx: a<nav>with plain router links, so the server HTML has them and they keep the page's language prefix (/de/ruleslinks to/de/strategy). Each link uses the target page's existingheadingas its label.game:related_guides, added to all 13 locales.<nav>, not a<section>, so the chapterlast-of-typesizing and the play block above it stay the same.lastmodfor the four pages is now 2026-11-02 (seo-pages.ts, plus its unit test andseo.spec.ts).Verification
