GHSA-jqcg-44mw-7w3h (critical) affects proxy-addr <=2.0.7, which the production dependency audit in CI now rejects. Lockfile-only update via npm audit fix.

The production dependency audit in CI now fails on GHSA-jqcg-44mw-7w3h (critical; proxy-addr <=2.0.7). This is a lockfile-only update from
npm audit fix;npm audit --omit=dev --audit-level=highis clean afterwards. This unblocks #231 (Node 26 pins), whose Build job failed only on this audit.
