Looks good to merge. Verified the package layout (dist-assets/{index.html,index.js,index.css,favicon.svg}) is unchanged between 0.3.0 and 0.4.1, so resolveUIDistDir in web-server.ts and the bundle/copy-assets scripts continue to work without changes. The index.html is byte-identical, so the existing CSP header still applies cleanly. No CLI-side code consumes the package's JS API, so this is a safe drop-in upgrade.
