We're still using these aliases internally and it would take non-negligible effort to move away from them; do these pose a significant burden on OSS usage? |

no major issues right now, i was just surprised to find we were these things that were deprecated a few years ago. this one seemed pretty harmless as the only ones in rules_cc |

Going to close this; would be more trouble than it's worth (until someone decides to start getting rid of bazel_tools) |
