Remove legacy seams and verify all plugins

Closes #225

Summary

• removes legacy stack aliases, runtime-capturing client definitions, ignored location/provider fields, plugin name/ID fallbacks, and old backend signatures
• enforces canonical plugin IDs and the single resolved client runtime across all ten maintained plugins, including one-sided plugins
• adds consumer/package negative contracts, a canonical-DX guard, and the committed all-plugin audit matrix
• refreshes generated registry artifacts and canonical documentation/API tables

Verification

• pnpm lint
• pnpm typecheck
• pnpm knip
• pnpm build
• pnpm test (1,202 passed)
• docs production build (54 pages)
• registry generation, reproducibility, fresh Next.js install, and production build
• generated Next.js E2E (153 passed, 35 skipped)
• generated React Router E2E (150 passed, 35 skipped)
• generated TanStack E2E (151 passed, 34 skipped)

All verification ran with Node.js 22.18.0.
