Remove hardcoded versions for dependencies and update internals to support latest versions of scikit-learn's MDS, HDBSCAN, and matplotlib. Add support for newer Python versions (3.12 and later) and drop support for unsupported versions (pre-3.10). Schedules CI tests to run daily and catch dependency issues.
Bumps to a major version 4.0.0 to reflect these potentially breaking changes to downstream users.
