feat(website): animated architecture diagram and an inside-Kafka view - #502

Conversation
The architecture figure now plays a broker-pod-kill run in five phases (baseline, inject, broker down, recovery, graded) from a clickable timeline. The wide layout gains a live P99 chart in the Grafana box and a grade stamp on the CLI; the phone layout plays the same phases. Boxes still highlight their links on hover or focus, and the story pauses off screen and stays still under prefers-reduced-motion. A second figure shows the same run from inside Kafka: three brokers in three zones, partition leaders moving off krafter-kafka-1, the ISR dropping to 2 and recovering, and the preferred leader coming back. The diagram's box fills now come from the theme tokens, so the per-theme .arch overrides are gone. Figures match the hero terminal (48,112 rec/s, P99 17.8 -> 41.2 ms, 6.4 s recovery) and are illustrative.

Why
The architecture diagram told the disruption story with a CSS clock and a line of text that faded in and out. A visitor couldn't stop on a step, and the Kafka box stayed opaque, though it is where the run's outcome is decided.
