Corrects modern NVVM shuffle intrinsic selection and shuffle-up segment bounds, rejects invalid widths, preserves appending globals during internalization, and skips unnamed libm items during override lookup.
Native stack: #3 → #7 → #8 → #9 → #10. Base: #7.
Validation: both host shuffle-control tests pass; offline locked Cargo metadata passes. Updated Linux CI is pending. NVIDIA numerical shuffle execution remains separate validation.
