Refresh package-lock.json to pick up axios 1.19.0 within the existing ^1.15.0 range. Clears the outstanding axios advisories (proxy handling after interceptor config cloning, prototype pollution gadgets, maxBodyLength bypasses, formDataToJSON recursion), all fixed in 1.18.0+. Lockfile-only change; no dependency ranges in package.json were modified. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Lockfile-only refresh of axios to 1.19.0 within the existing
^1.15.0range. No changes to package.json.Build gate passes (lint, format, 273 tests, tsc); verified the HTTP client still completes real round-trips to the BrowserStack API.
