Polish the repository explorer with a native branch selector, a Code dropdown, small folder/file icons, parent-directory navigation, and linked commit IDs with truncated subjects. Selecting a commit reads its tree and eight first-parent summaries directly from the authorized catalog; directory links preserve that selection.
Validation: independent correctness/simplification review, Bun lint/types, 14 tests, component build, and 21 live API checks against this repository's history and a SHA-256 fixture through stock Spin/MinIO. No Go/core or dependency changes. The in-app browser is unavailable to the inspection tool, so its exact dropdown appearance still needs visual confirmation.
Targets the viewer branch in #104. Closes #114.
