This pull request addresses the retry configuration issues identified in the cli-65-fix-retry-config branch.

Changes

Purpose

The goal of this change is to ensure that retry configurations are correctly applied and handled, improving the robustness of the CLI operations.

Configuration

The system now implements the following retry strategy to handle transient failures gracefully:

{
  "retry_timeout": 10,
  "backoff_factor": 2.0,
  "retry_on_unavailable": false,
  "max_attempts": 3
}

Design Considerations

  • The fix focuses on the retry logic configuration to prevent unexpected behavior during retries.

Testing

  • Verified the retry configuration logic via unit tests and manual simulation.
