* When update interval on API server is equal or smaller to scrape interval and evalution interval, TSDB updater will be skipped due to lack of samples. We emit warning log when it happens for end users to understand what is happening. * Add `scrape_interval` and `evaluation_interval` config parameters to TSDB updater as the values we fetch from TSDB server are global values which might not be always same as that of scrape targets * Update docs to reflect the constraints around API server update interval and TSDB scrape/evaluation interval Signed-off-by: Mahendra Paipuri <mahendra.paipuri@gmail.com>
