Lists the target team's data pools, so a DATA_POOL_ID variable such as a Context Model's dataPoolId can be mapped during Team-to-Team Copy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Each assignment API answers in its own shape, so callers had to know
every one of them. Map each type to {value, label} in the CLI, so
Team-to-Team Copy can list assignments for any variable type the same
way, and keeps working when a type's source API changes.
Also adds DATA_POOL_ID and PIG_INSTANCE to PackageManagerVariableType.

Description
list assignmentsnow returns the same shape for every variable type, a list of{value, name}, and it supports data pools (DATA_POOL_ID).Until now each type returned its source API's raw response, so every caller had to understand each API. With one shape, Team-to-Team Copy can offer target values for any variable type, and won't break if a source API changes.
This changes the output for
DATA_MODELandCONNECTION. The user guide documents the new format.Relevant links
