Description

Adds content-cli sdk publish --appId <appId> --dist <dist> (beta). It zips a custom app build and uploads it to pro-code-app-manager, so the build becomes a new version of the app's Codespace asset. The command prints the version it was assigned.

• HttpClient.postBinary: sends a Buffer unchanged with a given content type. The endpoint only accepts application/zip, and the existing post/postFile methods turn the body into JSON or multipart form data.
• SdkService.publishApp / SdkApi.publishApp: checks the dist directory, zips it in memory with adm-zip and posts it to /pro-code-app-manager/api/codespace/apps/{appId}/publish.
• The user guide and command graph now include the new command.
