Pin BUILDTIME and clamp file mtimes to SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH via rpmbuild macros. rpm ignores SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH for these by default. Ticket: ENT-13791 Signed-off-by: Lars Erik Wik <lars.erik.wik@northern.tech>
