Held until 2.22.1 ships (docs deploy from master). From #507: on a phone, the sidebar view picker now opens PodNotes.

Adds steps to mobile.md for opening an existing PodNotes panel on a phone: swipe left from the right edge and pick "Podcast Player" from the view picker. The existing menu-based steps are kept.

Updates the mobile docs Open the player section to describe a second path when PodNotes is already in the layout: swipe from the right edge to open the sidebar and choose Podcast Player in the view picker. The command palette and Show PodNotes menu steps are unchanged.
