t3-pstack moves to Lauren Tan's pstack at cursor/plugins 88d4751 for all three components. Only pstack changed upstream, in one PR:

• pstack #729: /sharpen goes back to Lauren's original prompt, in the user's voice. "I want a deeper version of this task, not a bigger one", then a numbered list of four asks: what a top professional in the field would do that the user isn't asking for, the rawest material they would start from, the specific methods and tools they would use, and what, other than the agent or the user, would show the result is right. It then rewrites the user's prompt to ask for exactly that and does not do the task. It keeps one line, "Leave choices that are mine to make open instead of deciding them.", and its description becomes "Make a task deeper, not bigger, then rewrite the prompt." poteto-help's row for /sharpen now says it returns the prompt and doesn't do the task, and its recipe reads /sharpen <the prompt you're about to send>.
• The same PR bumps Lauren's version to 0.15.29 and changes her README row, two guide pages under docs/guide/, and her copies under harness/pstack/claude-code/, all outside every synced component. The other commits in the range touch only third_party/x/ and the root marketplace.

This PR is Lauren's text plus existing substitutions and mechanical version and pin lines. No substitution, fork, hook, or code changed.

Commits

1. Sync. bun tools/sync.mjs moves each component's pin from d457567 to 88d4751 and updates sharpen/SKILL.md, poteto-help/SKILL.md, and poteto-help/references/recipes.md cleanly. 22 existing rules in tools/substitutions.json match in poteto-help, and none matches the changed lines. sharpen and the recipes are byte-identical to upstream's. The 15 declared forks were left alone. cursor-team-kit and thermos synced with no file changes.
2. Release. VERSION and the manifests move to 2.0.0-rc.15. CHANGES gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE, NOTICE-skills, poteto-mode's copy of the notice, and the README point at 88d4751, and the README's pinned installer command names the new tag. The skill count stays 64.

On T3

The new sharpen names no Cursor tool, path, model, subagent, or command, so it applies on T3 as written. It speaks as the user ("I want", "my prompt", "other than you or me"), which fits how it runs here: the user types /t3-pstack:sharpen <prompt> on Claude Code or $t3-pstack:sharpen <prompt> on Codex, and the skill text reads as their own request. It keeps Lauren's disable-model-invocation: true, and poteto-mode does not route to it, upstream or here.

Nothing else in the port still describes /sharpen as doing the task. The README has no sharpen row, and poteto-mode, its playbooks and references, the hooks, and the session-start text never mention it. Only CHANGES history, in the 1.x and rc.11 entries, describes the old behavior.

rc.13's poteto-help fixes survive the merge: setup step 1 still says one npx -y github:chhoumann/t3-pstack install run covers every home, and the skill-name line still reads $t3-pstack:poteto-mode on Codex.

Checks

• bun tools/sync.mjs <component> 88d4751 --dry-run for pstack, cursor-team-kit, and thermos, before and after the sync: exit 0, no undeclared fork, no denylist hit, no unmatched substitution. After the sync, pstack reads 120 unchanged files and the same 15 declared forks with 547 changed lines as before. No forked file differs from origin/main.
• bun tools/generate.mjs --check: 17 generated files current, and the hooks freeze check passes.
• GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null bun test tests/ --timeout 30000: 550 pass, 46 skip, 0 fail.
• Scripts: bun run typecheck, bun test orch watch-pr check-plan.test.ts (119 pass), and the Prettier check all pass. markdownlint is clean on every changed file.
• t3-sheet.mjs against this machine's sheet and catalog: every role line parses and dispatches.

Overview
Release 2.0.0-rc.15 syncs t3-pstack to Lauren Tan’s upstream pstack at cursor/plugins commit 88d4751 (pstack 0.15.29) and bumps package/plugin versions everywhere they’re pinned.

The meaningful behavior change is /sharpen: it again follows Lauren’s “deeper, not bigger” flow—four numbered framing steps, then rewrites the user’s prompt and stops instead of doing the work. The skill description and poteto-help (skill table + recipes) now say sharpen returns a rewritten prompt and suggest /sharpen <the prompt you're about to send>.

Everything else is release bookkeeping: CHANGES.md entry with a before/after table, README / NOTICE upstream SHA links, and tools/upstream.json pins for pstack, cursor-team-kit, and thermos. No new substitutions, forks, or hooks per the PR notes.
