fix(mosaic): strip native button styling from switcher rows - #10466
Clickable rows in <UserButton /> and <OrganizationSwitcher /> render as a native <button>. reset.base only resets margin, padding, box-sizing, color and font, so on a page without a global CSS reset those rows showed the browser's default gray fill and outset border. This came up in the screenshots from #10451.
styles.interactive in switcher-item.styles.ts now sets appearance: 'none', borderStyle: 'none' and a transparent default background. This matches how Button, SegmentedControl and the other controls strip native styling in their own styles.

The interactive styles for menu rows in <UserButton /> and <OrganizationSwitcher /> now remove native button borders and appearance, and set the default background to transparent. A patch changeset records the change for @clerk/mosaic.
The styling fix addresses the reported native button appearance issue; additional browser coverage is optional follow-up.

The existing switcher tests do not render SwitcherItem or pass a render prop, so they cannot detect removal of the interactive borderStyle, appearance, or transparent background declarations. Add a feature or browser test that renders a clickable switcher row and checks the resulting reset.
