fix(ui): Stop SignIn switching back to phone on the first "Use email" click - #10488
When initialValues.phoneNumber is set, <SignIn /> starts on the phone field, but SignInStart also seeded the email field with the phone number. The first "Use email" click then showed a value starting with +, so the autofill effect switched straight back to the phone field. A prefilled number without + showed up in the email field instead.
The email field now starts empty when the form starts on the phone field. A new test in SignInStart.test.tsx covers the first "Use email" click.

Walkthrough
When the selected identifier is a phone number, SignInStart initializes the text identifier field as empty. Other identifier types retain their corresponding initial value. A regression test checks that choosing “Use email” after pre-filling a phone number selects an empty email field. A patch changeset records the change.
clerk/javascript#10365: Adds autocomplete tokens to the SignInStart identifier fields, which are the same fields changed here.

Explanation
Issue #10487 requires the first “Use email” click to show the email field when initialValues.phoneNumber is set. SignInStart.tsx now initializes the text identifier field as empty when identifierAttribute is phone_number. The focused test verifies the first click and the empty email field. This also prevents a prefilled phone number, with or without +, from appearing in the email field.
