nix developwas silently source-building a compiler: the devShell asked forpkgsNew.haskell-nix.compiler.ghc9141, which haskell.nix builds from source rather than substituting. Points it back atpkgs.haskell.compiler.ghc9122instead, which comes straight from the binary cache.One line in
flake.nix.
