Groundwork for the mobile app (docs/prds/mobile-app-prd.md, sections 5.2-5.4). - Migration 0009 (additive): media.asset_id/taken_at/width/height/ duration_ms/thumbnail_private, media_settings.private_thumbnails/ thumbnail_fit, a unique (app_id, asset_id) index and a timeline index. - REST and TUS uploads accept assetId and takenAt. A repeated assetId returns 409 asset_exists; a lost race removes the loser's stored files. - Width, height and video duration are read with ffprobe at upload. - POST /media/get/assets reports which asset IDs exist and whether sealed. - GET /media/timeline returns sealed media by capture time with an opaque keyset cursor. - Tests run real REST and TUS flows against PGlite and a fake S3, and the integration suite covers the new endpoints.
