Reconcile current 2.x maintenance, use the official v0 workflow channel, and normalize all published notes to Keep a Changelog with verified dates, delivery references and version comparisons. Install the upstream v0.2.0 project skill through CPX with its native receipt. Keep its tooling example separate from the library's PHP 7.4 lint and formatting scope without changing runtime code or dependencies. Replace the Node-based Changesets lifecycle with one Fast Forward Changelog reusable workflow for independent release notes, contribution checks, PR feedback, Dependabot notes, a reviewed version PR and publication after its owner-approved merge. Git tags remain the version authority. The candidate preserves the 2.x PHP requirements, public APIs, Composer dependencies and coverage policy.
v0compatibility branch, reviewed against publishedv0.2.0at2d3f84fa9e5350f03636153fdb3ae2a822e5ae60. Keep repository/default-branch selection dynamic, PR-origin resolution enabled and the existingpublish: truecapability. Remove obsolete npm/Changesets tooling.cpx --skip-local fast-forward/changelog:0.2.0 skill:install, including its native provenance receipt. Keep that upstream copy out of Composer archives and library formatting; lint its tooling example on PHP 8.5 while retaining actual PHP 7.4 lint for all library-owned PHP. No upstream payload was modified.Reconciled current master

Local Composer check passed: 380 tests / 1776 assertions, formatting, PHPCS and maximum configured PHPStan. Actionlint, local documentation links, native skill verification and the exact 85-file Composer archive passed.Using the published v0.2.0 CLI and the real pushed head in disposable copies,
check,format --check,status, dry-run and consolidation passed withsource=tagsand PR-origin resolution enabled. Consolidation prepares 2.5.3, preserves all 23 historical bodies/references, consumes only its note and repeats as a no-op. The still-open PR correctly receives no automatic merged-PR attribution; a separate explicit-reference fixture verifies PR-link rendering. No local rehearsal publishes or merges anything.PHP CI, including all production/quality matrices and coverage, documentation, changed-file formatting and the new Changelog contribution check passed for this candidate.
Remaining legacy failure: the base branch's old
pull_request_targetRead PR Changesets job still expects the removedpackage.json. The old workflow is removed by this migration; no dummy npm manifest, weakened rule or settings bypass masks the transition. Privileged feedback, version-PR preparation and publication are skipped for this contribution and cannot be claimed as exercised end to end before the caller reaches the default branch. The WIP status reflected the Draft at that snapshot; the owner subsequently marked this PR ready and merged it at 2026-10-18T07:36:52Z as98ed5171ce8a9d98dc11ce9002ac47c53e47d78a.If other 2.x contributions merge first, reconcile master and convert every newly pending Changeset before this migration is merged. Keep issue #100 separate: changelog status is not genuine PHP CI on an automation-created version-PR head, and GitHub may require owner run approval.
No PR merge, tag/release publication, existing Release edit, Pages deployment or repository-setting change was performed.
