Allow .acsm files to be selected and sent to a reader whose DRM plugin handles fulfillment. Update the Send tab's supported-file text and transfer ACSM files through the existing upload path unchanged.
Remove the native file picker type filter, which left ACSM files disabled on iOS even after adding the extension. The app continues to validate supported extensions after selection.
Validation
Tested on iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 27.2: ACSM selection and transfer worked.
App build passed.
All 228 app tests passed on the feature branch; all 341 tests passed after integration into the personal builds branch, including the picker fix.

Walkthrough
The changes add ACSM to supported book extensions and Send page guidance. They also add a design specification for publishing selected or automatically eligible book clippings as one collected Micro.blog post per book.

Micro.blog Clippings Post Design
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Clipping eligibility and publication rules docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-28-microblog-clippings-post-design.md
The specification describes manual selection, default-off automatic sync, unmatched books, later matching, and retaining selected or published content when automatic sync is disabled.
Post state, updates, and verification docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-28-microblog-clippings-post-design.md
The specification proposes Micropub post creation and updates, per-user and per-book post state, alias resolution, and recovery behavior. It lists verification scenarios and Micropub references.
This PR lets users send ACSM files to readers, and the change looks safe. It also adds a design spec for publishing clippings to Micro.blog that leaves several contracts underspecified. Tightening those before implementation would avoid unintended publishing or lost content. Merging has little immediate user impact, so the risk is low.

(I didn't check to see if there's a DRM capable plugin on the device, that'll be up to the user to know what to do with an .acsm file, we just need to be able to send those files over)

@docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-28-microblog-clippings-post-design.md:
- Around line 49-52: Clarify the retention rules in the microblog clipping
design: define whether deleting a locally published clipping removes its
passage, freezes it in the managed post, or only prevents future selection, and
specify what sync does when no eligible clippings remain. Ensure the chosen
behavior reconciles retained published content with replacement of the generated
body.
- Around line 45-47: Ensure publication intent follows document-merge semantics
so selected clippings remain associated after aliases merge: store intent by
canonical document family or migrate it in the existing merge transaction
alongside bookmarks, clippings, connector_matches, and connector_queue.
- Around line 21-23: Update the Micro.blog clipping-action specification to
define a per-book event and dispatch path that reaches the Micro.blog connector,
including how the selected clipping is carried and how jobs are coalesced by
book rather than clipping ID. Ensure the event is handled by fanOut so the
manual action enqueues the collected-post job.
- Around line 53-56: Define a collision-safe identity for ambiguous
post-creation recovery in the Micropub source lookup flow: persist or embed a
unique managed marker, search every page of results, and specify how to handle
false matches before permitting another creation.
- Around line 24-32: Update the Micro.blog Sync now specification to keep its
backfill separate from backfillConnector’s generic highlight backfill. Define an
intent-aware path that queues only clippings eligible for publication,
respecting explicit selection, the automatic-sync setting, and book-match state;
state these queueing rules explicitly.
- Around line 40-41: Update the Micro.blog Micropub section to specify creation,
JSON update, and q=source lookup separately, including each operation’s request
format and required token scope. Require scope validation before reporting
linking success or before the first publication, and state that publication uses
a dedicated request helper rather than the bookshelf request() helper.
- Around line 26-29: Clarify the later-match reconciliation flow in the design
spec: when a manual match is saved, ensure eligible persisted clippings are
picked up even if selection events were skipped or dropped. Define a
match-created hook or reconciliation scan, and require both the next device sync
and plugin Sync now to scan persisted eligible clippings, including unchanged
ones.
