Report keychain load errors and keep Touch ID entries protected - #129
Before: MacKeychain.loadPassword returned null for every error, so a cancelled Touch ID prompt looked like no saved password.
After: it returns null only when no entry exists and throws KeychainAccessException otherwise, as the KeychainAccessProvider contract expects. Loads query the data-protection keychain first and fall back to the file-based keychain, so a failure on a protected entry isn't reported as a missing one.
Touch ID entries stay protected
Before: storing with requireOsAuthentication over an existing entry only replaced its data, so an entry saved without protection stayed unprotected under the Touch ID provider.
After: the protected entry is added to the data-protection keychain before any plain copy is removed. TouchIdKeychainAccess protects an entry it finds without protection when loading it, so the user is asked for Touch ID or their password as usual.
Touch ID provider without biometrics
Before: the provider was only supported while biometrics were available, so a closed lid or a biometry lockout at launch made Cryptomator fall back to the macOS Keychain provider.
After: it's supported whenever the user can authenticate with Touch ID or their password, matching the entries' user-presence access control, provided the app has a keychain access group entitlement.
Also
Removed the migration of entries stored under the legacy service name Cryptomator\0, which had stopped finding them.
Service and account names are built from the byte array length instead of reading up to a terminating NUL.
Raised the deployment target to macOS 11, matching Cryptomator's minimum (kSecUseDataProtectionKeychain needs 10.15).

Walkthrough
Keychain loading now returns password and authentication-protection metadata. Non-missing access failures now raise KeychainAccessException. Native loading checks the data-protection keychain and can fall back to the file-based keychain. Touch ID access protects unprotected entries and verifies the reloaded value. OS authentication availability replaces the Touch ID-only check. The native build target is macOS 11.0, and appearance setters no longer use macOS 10.14 availability guards.
Deleting or changing a Touch ID password can leave the old protected password available. Correct deletion across both keychains before merging.

- Line 158: Update deletePassword to explicitly delete both data-protection and

errSecItemNotFound, report real errors, and return success when either deletion
succeeds; the protected delete must not use an LAContext.

Overwriting an existing protected entry deletes what may be the only saved copy before calling SecItemAdd. If the add fails, storePassword throws but the previous password is lost. Delaying deletion of the file-based copy does not help when that copy was removed by an earlier save. Update the protected entry in place, preserving its access control and authenticating as in the branch below; add a new entry only when the update returns errSecItemNotFound.
