Adds voicehook (third_party/voicehook) to .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the README table.

The upstream repo ships a full Cursor plugin with the voicehook-join skill (call rules for the agent) next to the Claude Code plugin: voicehook-ai/voicehook-agent#125 (plugins/voicehook-join/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json). This listing keeps to the MCP server, like the other third-party entries.
