Run vendor CLIs without upfront login gates. On failure, check whether the bin is signed in and return AI_AUTH_REQUIRED so the UI can open login lazily. Settings → AI shows Codex and Claude status via an explicit Check CLI status button instead of probing on open. Co-authored-by: Daniels <danielss-dev@users.noreply.github.com>
