Revert "DAOS-18709 cq: dependabot Go scan on multibranch (#17797)"

This reverts commit 57f25a3.

This will stop dependabot from generating PRs for all GO modules, which we do not want to do yet.
If we officially decide to update these for 3.0, we can put an entry back in for just master/3.0.
