What this does
Replaces the README's main screenshot with a fresh one from the current Release build. It shows three workspaces: one where Claude Code is waiting on a question ("Needs input"), one working and one idle, plus a diff in a split pane. Everything in it is a throwaway demo project, so no real repo names, paths or accounts appear.
