feat: support geospatial results on the kernel path

Summary

• add the kernel-only, default-enabled enableGeoSpatialSupport connection option
• return canonical { srid, wkb: Buffer } values when enabled and WKT / EWKT strings when disabled
• pass the value through the typed kernel binding only; it is never forwarded to SEA

Depends on databricks/databricks-sql-kernel#361 at b7e9310b27be16a6c42490e58c4b5c4a525320bc.

Validation

• production build, ESLint, and Prettier: passed
• unit suite: 1,319 passed
• live Reyden E2E using the exact kernel native addon: default-enabled, explicit-enabled, and disabled-string modes passed, including WKB equality and nulls

npm run type-check also reaches an existing token-federation example self-import harness failure; the production npm run build type-check is green and this change does not touch that harness.
