Rename the product from Inbox Protocol to Inbox Client Protocol (ICP) in docs and package prose. Split the root readme into #inbox (protocol and InboxClient) and #whatsbox (WhatsApp adapter) include fragments, and point GitHub source links at devlooped/Inbox.

The root readme is split into reusable include fragments:
