@copilot CI fails because the test step runs dnx --yes retest and the runner reports dnx is not recognized. Please fix the workflow so dnx is available on the runner (for example, set up the right .NET SDK that ships dnx). Keep it a small workflow-only change: keep all the version bumps as they are, never downgrade any package, and do not touch product code.

Added an explicit .NET 10 SDK setup step to the build workflow so the dnx launcher is on PATH. Verified dnx --yes retest -- --no-build succeeds with the SDK directory on PATH. Commit: 7eb0500.
