@copilot The src/CodeAnalysis build fails in ILRepack with "Failed to resolve assembly Microsoft.Build.Framework, Version=15.1.0.0". Please identify which bump causes it (likely ILRepack 2.0.37 -> 2.0.46; also check whether Humanizer 2 -> 3 or the IdentityModel 8.9 -> 8.22 bumps are involved) and hold back only that bump to its current version on main, keeping all the other bumps. Version changes only: never downgrade anything below what main already has, and do not touch product code or public API.

CI shows the failure occurs while ILRepack processes NuGetizer.Tasks.dll; the dotnet-ilrepack executable is independently installed at 2.0.48. NuGetizer 1.4.8's task assembly contains the Microsoft.Build.Framework reference, which is absent from 1.2.4. I held back only NuGetizer at main's 1.2.4; ILRepack 2.0.46, Humanizer 3.0.10, and IdentityModel 8.22.0 remain. Committed as $(git rev-parse --short HEAD).
