This pull request introduces several improvements to the project's GitHub workflows, documentation, and contribution process. It adds new templates and guidelines to streamline bug reporting, pull request submissions, and Copilot usage, as well as sets up code ownership and a Copilot review workflow.

Enhancements to project process and documentation:

  • Added a bug report issue template to .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md to standardize and simplify bug reporting.
  • Introduced a pull request template in .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md to guide contributors through PR submissions and ensure consistency.
  • Added Copilot usage and contribution instructions in .github/copilot/copilot-instructions.md, including coding rules, build/test expectations, and documentation guidelines.

Improvements to project automation and ownership:

  • Set up a Copilot review GitHub Actions workflow in .github/workflows/copilot-review.yml to automate and mark Copilot reviews on pull requests.
  • Added a CODEOWNERS file assigning ownership of all files to @dimanikulin/dimanikulin.
