Let Claude reviewers finish focused source checks without the six-call cap and let parent verification close coverage gaps beyond three commands. Codex already has no fixed read-call limits. Bump the plugin version to 1.0.3.

Issue
Claude reviewers are limited to six read-only calls, and parent verification is limited to three commands. These caps can leave candidate findings and coverage gaps unresolved.
Fix
Delete both numeric caps from the Claude review procedure. Codex already has no fixed read-call limits. Bump the plugin version to 1.0.3.
