Issue

Git inventory could crash or silently omit evidence for submodules and repository subdirectories. Deferred updates could lose lifecycle tracking, target a changed installation or project, or report success without confirming the intended installation. Release checks also accepted inconsistent or invalid versions.

Fix

Preserve frozen Git evidence across these inputs and support SHA-256 review pins. Bind pending updates and their verification to the installation and project, retain lifecycle tracking through optional failures, validate cached releases, and handle extended Windows lock contention.

Tighten release validation and synchronize plugin versions at 1.0.7.

Keep submodule and subdirectory inventories complete and accept SHA-256
review pins. Tie deferred updates to their installation and project, retain
lifecycle tracking through optional failures, and verify installed results.

Validate release version consistency and stable version syntax. Record ten
independent review passes and synchronize plugin manifests at 1.0.7.
