Remove raw and JSON-escaped prompt echoes before classifying and bounding provider errors, including text-capture newline normalization. Preserve real authentication and usage-limit handling and adapter fallback context. Add a serialized request-size check for callers while keeping unrelated native requests accepted. Cover transport capture and error envelopes, and synchronize the plugin release declarations at version 1.1.23.
Keep complete patches, permalink ranges and existing choices in private files, then pass a compact manifest for bounded analysis reads. Require complete patch inspection and reject changed PR refs before retention. Preserve the plain suggest default of code discovery and document its scope and cost. Apply serialized input preflight only to code discovery. Retain bounded, redacted diagnostics and evidence paths for provider and response-validation failures without changing recorded choices or cache. Cover large-patch access, unavailable inspection and invalid replies through controlled subprocesses and focused validation regressions. Closes #31

Issue
Optional Decisions discovery (#31) embeds the complete PR patch and permalink index in one model request. Large PRs exceed the host input limit, and provider failures can echo the oversized prompt into the returned error.
