Update Elixir logo

Elixir got a new logo with the July website redesign. This replaces the old logo.png with a logo.svg of the new mark, from the official SVG at https://elixir-lang.org/trademarks/

Instead of rendering a new PNG from the SVG, I'd suggest deleting logo.png entirely in favor of a new logo.svg (which our publish process will then scale appropriately for Docker Hub's requirements). 👀

good call, done. dropped the png and added logo.svg (the official one, just with the css variable fills replaced by literal colors so it renders outside a browser).
