Improve README with landing page content - #139

Add benefits, a components table with version-switching aliases, a three-step quick start, virtualhost usage and a local-only security note. Versions reflect the playbook (PHP 8.5, MariaDB 12.3). Signed-off-by: arhimede <julian@dotkernel.com>

The landing page lists PHP 8.4 as default and MariaDB 11.4 LTS; the playbook currently installs PHP 8.5 and MariaDB 12.3. The README follows the playbook — the landing page may need updating.
