1. create the twig file corresponding to it
2. create an entry in database for it, manually
3. generate fixture for it
4. generate the .md summary file and json-ld file for it, in the correspoding folders in /public

at deployment time

• run a script which regenerate the lls.txt and llms-full.txt file
• deploy those files on the server
