WSL2 page improvements

1. near View on Github, add a new similar button, Star on GitHub
2. add a new section below Development ENvironment
   Comparison section against XAMPP, Laragon, DDEV and Docker. The page currently asserts "not a Docker approximation" without showing the difference.
