If that issue is resolved you should remove the schema grouping in GetForeignKeyConstraints that was added for safety reasons.

PR #174 now fixes PostgreSQL column/constraint/existence metadata through parameterized relation lookup, covering schema-qualified names, connection search paths and quoted names containing apostrophes. QualifiedMetadataDoesNotMixSameNamedTablesOrConstraints and QuotedCatalogNamesRemainExactAndAreParameterized passed in the live PostgreSQL artifact of https://github.com/dotnetprojects/Migrator.NET/actions/runs/35742976746 . SQL Server schema-qualified column lookup is also corrected. This does not establish schema support for every operation/provider, so this broad issue remains open.
