Update to Vuetify 4 #2629

Vuetify 4 is released for half a year now. We should consider updating to Vuetify 4

Support Vuetify 4 and drop support for Vuetify 3
Describe alternatives you've considered
- No update
- Dual support
For other dependencies like Material UI we also only support the latest version

@sdirix : I would like to contribute to this issue. I opened PR #2638 to resolve this. Let me know in the PR comments or here if there are any further to-dos to resolve this issue.
