Adds the 6.18-lts tree to the nightly rebase: edera/6.18-lts onto linux-6.18.y from stable.git, as a second call to upstream-rebase.yml that runs in parallel with the mainline one. It uses the same checks, builds, publishing rules and federation rule (REBASE_FEDERATION_RULE_ID).

  • kernel-nightly.yml: new lts job. A new workflow_dispatch input only (all / mainline / 6.18-lts) runs one tree.
  • rebase-land.yml: accepts rebase/edera-6.18-lts/... pull requests into edera/6.18-lts.
  • Skill and comments: cover both trees. The fix audit treats every stable commit as a fix.

Current state: edera/6.18-lts sits on v6.18.52 with 78 Edera commits; stable is at 6.18.55.

Before merging:

  • The GitHub App needs to bypass protection on edera/6.18-lts as well, so a clean rebase can force-push it.
  • The federation rule must allow ref refs/heads/edera/mainline, because the 6.18-lts job also runs from the default branch. The rule you set up already allows it.
  • Approve-to-land on 6.18-lts rebase PRs won't fire yet. A review runs rebase-land.yml from the PR's merge ref, and edera/6.18-lts has no .github. Clean rebases still force-push on their own; only the ones that need review are affected.

Add a second call to upstream-rebase.yml from the nightly, for
edera/6.18-lts onto stable.git linux-6.18.y, running in parallel with the
mainline rebase. A workflow_dispatch "only" input runs one tree.

The land workflow accepts rebase/edera-6.18-lts/... pull requests into
edera/6.18-lts. The skill and comments now cover both trees, including
treating every stable commit as a fix in the audit.
