Bug fix automatic naming

Fixed a bug where numbering behind names wold be considered in octal because of leading zero

Implements docker log rotation and new default image

This release configures docker daemon to use log rotation and to use deferral when removing images. It also uses an updated default image "EEA-docker-generic-v2.2"

fixes build process. functionaly identical to v1.0
