Remove ETH pricing from the site, /tickets and store

The dual ETH / fiat price is gone from every ticket surface; each product now shows one price, matching live Pretix.

What changed

  • /tickets table — the ETH and FIAT columns collapse into a single PRICE column. The ETH / dollar glyph tiles and the green ETH band are removed (FREE keeps its green chip). TicketRow and TicketWave now carry only price.
  • Prices now match the live Pretix shop: GA $999, India Resident $149, Ethereum Public Goods $349, Past POAP Holders $449, Core Devs FREE, Indian Students $25, International Students $99, Sanctuary Tech Builders $499, Youth / Child $19.
  • Wave config — GA is a single $999. The struck-through "ETH Early Bird $349 — Sale ended" audit row is removed from the table.
  • Comparison column — "$499+" with "$499 via ETH • $999 via Fiat" becomes "$999" over "Final chance to buy". The "+" is dropped since there are no later, pricier waves.
  • Store — every card shows one bold figure; the GA card uses the live Pretix price (fallback $999) with no second fiat figure.
  • Also updated — Verify-discount modal (no ETH chip), Academic Program and Ecosystem Program tables, QR voucher share page price tag.

The dual ETH/fiat price no longer exists and buyers were looking for a
$499 ETH General Admission price that isn't on sale. Every ticket surface
now shows one price per product, matching the live Pretix prices:

- TicketTable: single PRICE column (ETH/FIAT columns, glyph tiles and
  green ETH band removed; FREE keeps its green chip)
- waves.ts: GA price $999, ETH Early Bird audit row removed
- /tickets banner, comparison column and intl rows: one price, no
  "via ETH / via Fiat" copy
- store cards + GA card: single price figure, no ETH/fiat chips
- VerifyDiscountModal, academic + ecosystem program tables, QR share
  price tags: same single-price treatment
