Scope / Alcance

• Add pinned v0.8.0 Windows x64 and macOS 15+ Apple Silicon download links to both READMEs; separate installer instructions from developer setup.
• Remove obsolete private-repository/no-release claims and distinguish Windows updater signing from Authenticode and manual macOS updates.
• Update build/signing guides and bilingual v0.8.0 release notes with observed producer, Apple acceptance and verified publication evidence.
• Preserve the unsigned-preview contract, pending real-Mac browser download/quarantine/install/GUI checks, and all signing/workflow policy.

Six documentation files only. No code, workflows, dependencies, credentials or archived release notes changed.
