Do the exact v0.1.0 draft installers pass the launch smoke-test matrix on macOS and Windows in DaVinci Resolve?

On both macOS and Windows, using the exact assets downloaded from the draft GitHub Release:

Clean install with Resolve closed.
Upgrade over the previous installer.
Restart Resolve and confirm Workspace > Scripts > OpenBeat.
Create timeline markers.
Create clip markers.
Generate a click-track WAV.
Generate a subtitle SRT.
Verify output paths, logs, and analysis cache paths.
Confirm automatic click/subtitle timeline placement is treated as best-effort.
Follow the documented uninstall procedure and verify installed files are removed.
