agent sandbox build start|list|get|logsresource sub-group (pluralbuildsalias, plus thevariablesalias onvariable) over the new/v1/sandboxes/buildsAPI — build a config's environment with streamed logs and no agent, pre-warming the image cache (requires the monorepo's ellipsis#5892 deployed).
